As a Midlife Awakening Guide and community builder, she is passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life's transitions. Known for her warmth, practical wisdom, and ability to bring people together, Cathy helps foster the connection, conversation, and sense of belonging at the heart of GENXMAVENS.
Whether she's sharing insights on family relationships, navigating life's unexpected challenges, encouraging women pursuing new ventures, or planning the next fun adventure, Cathy believes growth happens when women feel supported, connected, and inspired.

Denise Campbell
Denise believes that some of life's greatest growth begins when we slow down long enough to listen to ourselves.
As a Midlife Awakening Guide, nurse, and lifelong student of healing and personal growth, she has spent decades supporting people through life's most meaningful transitions. Her work has taken many form, from caregiving and grief support to meditation, reflection, and helping women reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been lost beneath years of responsibility and expectation.
Known for her compassion, intuition, and ability to hold space for honest conversations, Denise helps women navigate change with curiosity, courage, and self-trust.
She believes midlife isn't a crisis to survive. It's an invitation to reconnect with who you are, reclaim what matters most, and step into your next chapter with confidence and purpose.
We're sisters, lifelong learners, and proud Gen X women who have spent decades navigating many of the same challenges we hear women talking about every day.
Between us, we've experienced caregiving, career reinvention, grief, healing, motherhood, personal growth, and the ongoing journey of figuring out what comes next.
GENXMAVENS was born from countless conversations about the women around us, and ourselves, who had spent years showing up for everyone else while quietly wondering, "What about me?"
Today, we're building the kind of community we wish existed when we needed it most: a place for honest conversations, meaningful connection, and women who understand that midlife isn't the end of the story...it's the beginning of a new chapter.
